Order Processing & Shipping Information

🕒 Processing Time

Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process and produce your order before it ships.


🚚 Shipping Estimates

United States
Shipped via USPS or FedEx with an estimated delivery time of 15–20 business days.

International
Delivery typically takes 15–30 business days, depending on your location and the fulfillment center used.

Note: Delivery times may be affected by weather conditions, customs delays, high order volumes, or global disruptions. Thank you for your patience and understanding.


🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can also check your order status anytime on our Track Your Order page.


Order Cancellations & Address Changes

  • Need to cancel your order? Contact us within 24 hours by emailing nuvexa@gmail.com with the subject line: "CANCEL MY ORDER".

  • Entered the wrong address? Let us know within 24 hours. Unfortunately, we’re unable to make changes once the order has shipped.


🚪 Delivery Attempts

Most carriers will attempt delivery twice before returning the package to us. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order.


💥 Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, we’ve got you covered. Email us at nuvexa@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
